Supervised Transport
Ensuring safe transport for children and young people with age-appropriate car seats and reliable transport. From contact visits to mentoring sessions to placement changes and appointments, we've got their safety covered.
Respite
Offering respite care for children and young people, allowing parents or caregivers a break while we ensure a safe and nurturing environment for your child's wellbeing. Our service is flexible, providing support in both in-home and community settings.
Coaching
Meraki facilitates learning, offering advice, and supporting children and young people to manage stress and enhance wellbeing. We offer a focused and results-oriented approach, helping children and young people set and achieve specific goals.
In-Home Support
Empowering parents and caregivers with essential skills for in-home support. Our flexible care includes assistance with domestic duties, child and youth care, and guidance on building a supportive home environment.
Crisis In-Home Support
We provide specialised crisis accomodation in South West Sydney for children, young people, and families requiring support whenever needed. Referrals and requests for intake can be made with the Department of Communities and Justice and other non-government organisations.
Family Time Visits
Promoting meaningful parent-child interactions. Our dedicated staff ensure positive, safe, and enjoyable engagements for all parties involved.
